Der Autor
Konrad Küster ist Professor für Musikwissenschaft an der Universität Freiburg im Breisgau. Ein zentrales Forschungsgebiet für ihn ist die lutherische Musikkultur. Schütz spielte in seiner Habilitationsschrift 1994 eine wichtige Rolle; 1999 gab er das "Bach-Handbuch" heraus. 2013 schickte er die Wanderausstellung "Orgeln an der Nordsee" auf die Reise. Zahlreiche Musikwerke des 17. Jahrhunderts hat er in Erst- und Neuausgaben vorgelegt.
